Welcome to Qumash. This page explains the terms by which you may use our online and/or mobile services, web site, and software provided on or in connection with Qumash. By accessing or using the website, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to adhere to these Terms of Use (the “Agreement”), whether or not you are a registered user of our Service.
Terms of Use
You may use the website only in compliance with this agreement and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules and regulations. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must enter into this agreement on your behalf, and will be responsible for your use of and access to the service; this includes financial responsibility for any items you purchase through the dervice. Any use or access to the website by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited and in violation of this agreement. If you are under 18, please do not attempt to register or send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. If we learn that we have collected personal information from anyone under age 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
Copyright and Intellectual property
All designs featured on Qumash are copyrighted and intellectual property of the organisation, and cannot be reproduced or transmitted in any form without the prior written permission from the respective team at Qumash.
Billing Policies
If you purchase an item through the Qumash website, your purchase will be processed in accordance with the “Orders” section of Qumash, delivered to you according to our Shipping Policies, and, if applicable, returns will be handled in accordance with our Return Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by this reference.
Termination
Qumash may suspend or terminate your use of the Qumash or any service if it believes in its sole and absolute discretion that you have infringed, breached,
used, or unethically manipulated or exploited any term of these Terms of Service or anyway otherwise acted unethically. Not with standing anything in this clause, these Terms of Service will survive indefinitely unless and until Qumash chooses to terminate them.
CANCELLATION:-
For any order cancellation request, customer must get in touch with customer care via mail or WhatsApp within 24 hours of placing the order.

– If the selling team is contacted after 48 hours , order amount will be converted to credit amount. Client is also free to change their garment and use amount later but within 6 months time.
– Order once shipped cannot be cancelled.
REFUND:-
⁃ Cash refund will only be issued in case there is a defect in the garment ordered.
⁃ If client faces a size issue, he/she is required to send the same back. We will fix the size and send it back to the client free of charge.
⁃ In case, thr client is unhappy with the product, he/she is free to exchange the same with any product of same or higher value. If he/she does not want to purchase something immediately , credit note will be issued for the same amount to the client, valid for 6 months time.
EXCHANGE:-
⁃ For any Exchange related request, original garment must be returned to us within 7 days time along with all order and contact related details.
⁃ Exchange is allowed only once per order.
⁃ Garment customised in any way is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
⁃ No two discount offers can be clubbed together.
⁃ No return, refund for Sales(product) and Used(product)
⁃ Coupons cannot be clubbed with QI credits.
HOW TO USE CREDIT NOTE ?
⁃ Credit note is valid for 6 months time.
⁃ It must be used in one go to purchase something of same or higher value.
⁃ Shipping is to be borne by the customer.
⁃ Credit note can be redeemed by the customer on our WhatsApp number by simple sharing screenshot of your mail consisting credit note details.
