SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
As per the Government guidelines we adhering to the current covid-19 restrictions in various parts of India, there may be a delay in your order, we are coordinating with our logistics partner to ensure safe and earliest delivery of your package. Stay safe and shop from the convenience of your home from our website or WhatsApp us for personalised assistance.

DELIVERY
• We ship through registered courier companies for orders within India as well as international orders. International orders arrive within 20-25 business days, while domestic orders reach you within 10-15 business days. (You will see the delivery date for your order at the time of order confirmation.)
• For pre-orders, events, promotion related merchandise, timelines may vary. Please refer to product descriptions for details.

Note: Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.

PRODUCT CANCELLATION
• We take request on cancellations and entertain them before the product is dispatched, once its invoiced we cannot cancel the order. If you wish to cancel, we urge you to reach out to us as soon as possible on askme@qumashworld.com We shall intimate you within 24hrs of receiving the email.
• Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made. Pre-paid transactions refund will be done within 10- 12 business days from the time of cancellations.
• Cancellation won’t be acceptable once product has been shipped.


EXCHANGE & RETURN
• The customer can replace the product received within 7 days from the date of delivery and get a replacement unit delivered to the customer.
• Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged and in a saleable condition.
• Product must be returned with all tags attached in its original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice & other papers.
• Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
• Damaged or soiled products will not be accepted.
• We will be able to process the exchange post receipt of the original product.
• Discounted products will not be eligible for any kind of exchange or returns.
• Product can only be exchanged if they meet our terms and conditions.

Note: Please see that no return or refund shall be provided. However, the customer can replace the product received within 7 days from the date of delivery and get a replacement.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

As soon you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once the order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number, which can be used to track your order on our shipping agents’ sites.
• We ship through registered courier companies for orders within India as well as international orders. International orders are delivered within 20-25 business days.
• Any additional taxes and custom charges that are levied by the destination country are to be borne by the customer. However, if you face any troubles there, we will be happy to help.
• Please See: Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.
• We do not permit returns/exchange on International orders, however in case of a defective product being delivered to you, we request you to please share your concerns with our Customer Care team on email ID askme@qumash.com.

OUT OF STOCK
• Our endeavour is to ensure that all products listed on the site are available in stock for dispatch to the buyer. However, in case the same is not available for any reason, we are liable to process the refund.

DELIVERY CHARGES
• Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
